Shipping
We ship to US addresses only. Each piece is made by our partners and shipped to you directly: your order is prepared in 1–3 business days, then spends 8–12 business days in transit. That is 9–15 business days in all, and the product page shows the dates for an order placed today.
Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more, and $9.95 below that.
Returns
You have 30 days to send it back, as long as it's unopened. Email us first through the contact page and a real person replies with the return details.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty. Then it is on us. Read the full policy.
Care
Mulberry silk. Hand wash cold with a mild detergent, or use a delicate cycle in a mesh bag. Do not wring or bleach. Roll it in a towel to lift the water, then air dry out of direct sun.
