How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 8–12 business days. You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Where are your products made?
Our throws and silk pieces are made by manufacturing partners in China and shipped to you directly. That is why delivery takes a little longer than a big-box store, and why we can offer this quality at these prices.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders of $150 or more. Under $150, shipping is a $9.95 flat rate.
Does the faux fur shed?
A few loose fibers in the first days are normal for any plush faux fur. Give it a gentle shake or one cold wash in a laundry bag before first use.
How do I wash my throw?
Cold, gentle cycle in a laundry bag, then tumble dry low or air dry. No bleach, no fabric softener, no ironing. See our Care Guide.
Is your silk real silk?
Our pillowcase, sleep mask and scrunchies are made from mulberry silk. The pillowcase is 22 momme, a heavier weight that feels smoother and lasts longer.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Throws must be unwashed, and silk items unopened for hygiene reasons. See our Refund Policy.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment. You can add a gift note in your cart and send your order straight to their address at checkout.
