30-day returns
If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- Throws, blankets, couch covers and pillow covers: unwashed and in their original packaging.
- Silk pillowcases, sleep masks and scrunchies: unopened and unused, for hygiene reasons.
- Gift sets: the full set, unopened.
How to start a return
Email lullettehelp@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, because we cannot match unannounced parcels to orders.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay any shipping.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives and is checked, we issue the refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap a size or color is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
