Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more.
Orders under $150: $9.95 flat rate.

How long it takes

Our throws and silk pieces are made by our manufacturing partners overseas and shipped to you directly. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then spend 8–12 business days in transit, so your order arrives in 9–15 business days from the day you place it. You will see the expected delivery window at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. The tracking page can take 2–3 days to show the first scan, and the tracking number may change once your parcel reaches the US carrier for final delivery. If anything looks stuck, email us at lullettehelp@gmail.com and we will chase it for you.

Delays

If we ever expect your order to arrive later than the window we gave you, we will email you with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.
