Faux-fur throws, blankets and couch covers
- Shake out gently before first use.
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, ideally in a large laundry bag.
- Tumble dry on low or air dry flat. High heat can flatten the fibers.
- No bleach, no fabric softener, no ironing.
- For long-pile faux fur, brush softly with a wide-tooth comb once dry.
Cotton gauze
- Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
- The crinkle is part of the fabric: no ironing needed.
- It gets softer with every wash.
Mulberry silk
- Hand wash in cool water with a mild, pH-neutral detergent, or use the delicate cycle in a mesh bag.
- Do not wring. Roll in a towel to remove water, then air dry out of direct sunlight.
- Iron on the lowest silk setting, on the reverse side, if needed.
